Madison, Wisconsin

This weekend we decided to take the thirty minute drive into the city of Madison.
We went to the Brat Fest. Imagine 200,000 brats.
I was completely disgusted, the boys were in heaven.
It was fun though.
City fair type atmosphere, situated next to the river, carnival across the way.
Blankets of rain one minute then sunshine the next.
We enjoyed ourselves to say the least.

Next stop was Henry Villa Zoo.
My favorites were the flamingos and the bears.
The monkeys are always entertaining though.
There was one who was putting on a show complete with acrobatic tricks, attempting to escape the cage using a stick, peeing on the glass, and climbing the rafters.

Finally we drove around for a while to get a feel for the city.
