I love when Tristan finds fun things for us to do since it's usually me that has to do the researching and planning. But this weekend was all Tristan and it was a blast! We went to South Yuba River State Park and swam in the swimming holes. It ended up having a little more hiking than we anticipated which in the 110 degree heat just about killed us but once we made it to the river, it was beautiful! Mckai could have spent the whole day throwing rocks and putting the rocks in his bucket. It was Zoey's first adventure and she did so good! Bonus: she was zonked the entire next day. Looks like more hikes are in our future! And the dogs both loved swimming in the river. Any adventure that we can bring the dogs on is a favorite.
We made it halfway through this week and hopefully next weekend will be here before we know it! :)
