life lately :: november

another good month come and gone.

 ^ sunday walk to the park with our little family ^

 ^ showing Maddy & Jude our favorite hike: Stewart Falls ^

^ visiting the new fountains and playground at University Place with grandma and Tristan ^

not pictured but my favorite part of the afternoon: Tristan would take McKai up the stairs of the slide then McKai would walk over, get on the slide face first on his stomach and slide down to me all by himself! don't worry, I got it on video :)

^ hiking Iron Mountain with Maddy & Jude! ^

 ^ picking up McKai from Tristan's work only to discover that apparently... pants are optional ;)

and

spending the last day of fall, shopping at the Riverwoods ^

^ the best part about working night shifts vs. day shifts is that you get to see gorgeous sunsets on the way to work and gorgeous sunrises on the way home! ^

^ pre-screening of Fantastic Beasts and Where They Come From with my father-in-laws work! It was our first movie in the theater without McKai and we loved it! ^

^ Uncle Seany spent a weekend that I was working helping Tristan with jobs around the house and watching movies with Mckai! We love having him around :) ^

^ happy thanksgiving from our family to yours! ^
** also the first time mckai walked in snow. he loved it! until it soaked through his shoes... **

^ the day that McKai wore my apple watch All. Day. Long! until right before bed when he called 911 twice (we didn't know until the second time!), now he's banned from the apple watch. ^

^ date night at the shops at riverwoods ^
