^ visiting the blossoms at the state capitol ^
we tried to go to our favorite crepe place from our college days afterward but turns out, it's closed :( so instead we drove to provo to try roll with it creamery. we loved the location and building, I thought the ice cream was good but Tristan wasn't a huge fan. it just didn't live up to Philadelphia!

It was spring break which means it was crazy crowded but I'm so glad my family was willing to brave the crowds so we could go before we moved! My favorite was the sea lions, they were being fed so they were doing all sorts of cool tricks (can you spy the sea lion doing a handstand!?). Mckai also loved the sea lions but his favorite part was watching them swim under the water!

first stop: mymy cafe for brunch. I got the souffle pancakes and they were to die for!
second stop: golden gate park so that the guys could play spike ball. It is a huge park! We got there before everyone else and met the cutest family! Mckai and I spent most of the afternoon at the kids play area and then walking around (trying to get Mckai to nap... no such luck!).
third stop: clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl on pier 39.
final stop: the golden gate bridge! We'll have to come back again soon so we can bike across it!
