From finishing up our summer in California (packed with last minute adventures) and driving 3 cars back to Utah it was a busy month! To top it off, I went back to work and we've just been trying to settle back in our home. Mostly though, we are loving this fall in Utah. I almost hated it because when we first got back it was freezing (and snowing in the mountains!) but the temperatures have since redeemed themselves settling in the 60s. It's pretty much perfect.

^ Tristan's last day of work was the 15th, but the MOIC didn't open until the 17th... he was the perfect instagram husband and let us postpone our trip back to Utah until after the museum ;) We made a trip of it to San Francisco and it was the best last trip of the summer! ^

^ the second day of our trip to San Francisco consisted of visiting Alcatraz! If you'll remember, we tried to go when Tristan's family was visiting but turns out you have to plan WAY in advance. I'm so glad we were able to fit it in before we headed home. ^

We are so grateful to be back in Utah in our house and close to family. We had an amazing summer but don't mind us while we rest and relax for the next few months after so much traveling with a toddler #exhausting! I made a video of our summer, it can be found here!
